I experience a bass lack on the circuit described at:

http://www.groupdiy.com/index.php?topic=12066

Just to clarify:
there is no pot on input, the input transformers are Hammond 560N, rated 0dBm 30Hz-30KHz, primaries in series that should give 600 ohms, sec's in series with C.T. to ground, that should give 10K each rail (so turns ratio is 1:4+4).
Output transformers: are Hammond 125A, very small, rated 3Wrms 125Hz-15KHz.

I have also posted the signal voltages of a sine wave coming from the 50-ohm output of a function generator and other waves pics
-> HERE <-

So it seems that the problem with the lack of bass response starts from the input transformers, (the original project wants a 1:8+8, 5K:320K+320K, and will substitute as soon as I may able to get the correct transformers wound).

Beside that: all of the other ranges seem to be ok, the response on the high reaches 28KHz flat!, with a small peak at 17KHz, the rest is linear, to me the sound is still balanced and warm, pleasant and round.

Please take a look at my measurements and post any suggestion.

Thanks,

Val
