OUTPUT trim with a pot on SIEMENS V276 ? Anyone help ?

Here is the schematics found at Kubarth, i'd like to put a potentiometer at the output, so i can put the gain high (more coloured sound) and i can adjust the output level, but i have no idea how to do that.
Anyone has an idea ? :roll: :roll:

I think i would prefer to put a pot after the output transformer,
How can i do that, what's the value and the type of pot that needs to be used ?

Would an active fader, from let's say Neumann or Eckmiller, be a good option too?
