Yes, It's a great article. Those old BBC papers are great, plus anything related to the 4038 is clearly great!

I posted this Monograph some time time ago, but had a couple missing pages and always wanted to have it complete. Thanks for the link!
It is a great start for ribbons. As always, they say quite a bit, but not quite everything...
