Hi guys,
This is my problem..
I've got a control24 from digidesign/focusrite.
The source input is +4dBu (not switchable), i would like to connect the audio out of my Mac G4 (minijack stereo), but the level is very low.
Maybe i need to do a small amplifier + DI to go to the external input of control24, possibly cheap with normal components that i can found around.
Do you know something around there?
any suggests is appreciate.
Ciao.

You probably need 15-20dBs worth of gain. Don't have to go balanced. A single OP275 will cut it. Don't have a schematic, but just do it text book style.

Many of the guys here have balancing boxes at their web sites,

Pete , Keith perhaps , Kev ... TK might have something.
do a search.
