I'm just wondering if someone else stumbled upon this as this would be an option completely for free (no 'demo limitation' versions)
Workflow like Capture and Simulate in LTSpice (SwitcherCAD), export to PADS-PCB netfile, importing to Freepcb, layout, export to gerber...
looks promising for the occasionally use...
