Balanced to Unbalanced Line-level

would here fit any "Unbal" transformer put in reverse just taking care
of the right impedances ?

i have a 60meters line signal to an amp which has only unbalanced line
inputs. of course i'm getting a lot of buzz sounds from the lightning controls when it's in use.i'm just searching a fast and cheap solution and was thinking of a transformer. do you have specific models/trades in mind for this purpose.

Depending on your application, one of these might work fine and save you some money. In a live sound setting, I know that I've never needed more accuracy or bandwidth than these can provide.

Did I mention inexpensive? :grin:

A WSM10K/600 with the secondary terminated by a 620-ohm resistor is a great way to go from balanced +4dBU to unbalanced -8dBU (-10dBV).

So my only problem will be to get such transformers here
down in south spain, thanks a lot buddies.
