Just wondering if this is a DIY prospect.

I have no idea how these things work, but I know how they sound and I'm starting to think that they're essential to modern recording.
 
i used a transient designer a year or so ago and was very impressed. i too would be curious to see what's under the hood. ..along w the dynamaxx comp, another fine spl product which i think is very underrated. both have been on my shopping list for a while but i've never managed to purchase either one.

Two years since I try to find a schem for it. I had one for a while but was not smart enough to think about reversing it.
If I put my hands on it again I will not hesitate for a second to document the thing. :twisted:
I still hope Frank will have the schem some day.
