NTP 177-800 Supply voltage

Does anyone know what the supply voltage for a NTP 177-800 stereo peak meter should be? The terminals only say positive/negative.
On the serial no sticker it says 30V after 177-800 though. So, I guess it could mean the supply voltage right (+/-30V)?
