simple question, simple answer.

I came across a bunch of mostly brown, some blue film caps. Most have marking such as; 151 10 (underscored) 221 (also underscored)
the blue ones are all the same 561 1KV. As I am new to this, I don't have any idea how to figure out the values to see if I have a use for these. Could someone please point me in the right direction.

Let me try and square this away, just for my own clarification.
I have a 151 that link up there suggests that would be 15X10 or 150pF. If I move the decimal point accordingly I have .15nF or .00015 uF. Is that correct?
