Wound sec-pri. It's an output, you want the hv ac away from the core which sits a ground usually. Hand wound, that's fo sho.

pri: Plate Side- DCR 944 Ohms Inductance- 20.4 Henries Wire- dot 0025 - 42 ga. 1238 Turns
