Newbie: Making power supply wires stay in 3- pin header?

How do you make the wires from the torroidal transformer stay in the 3-pin female header? Do you have to solder them to a bigger gauge wire?

I also can't figure out how to make a solid and secure connection to the male connector.

I apologize about the beginner questions. I have googled a bit to try to find the answers.

I think it's a Molex. It looks very similar to this

There's three different types: pressure, crimp and solder type. Which one do you have?

here is a pciture of the crimp terminals

Then use a crimper - I use a £10 crimper
then solder in the crimper as well
Then put it into a Molex female header
