It would be very interesting - but I doubt that such information has ever surfaced. The people that I know that are trying this have all taken apart originals and measured and measured and measured and measured and measured and measured and measured and measured and measured and measured..

Yea, Jakob described exactly what my procedure was. I haven't done any good drawings though, just scribbles on pieces of paper and a bunch of G-code files that I hand-wrote for my CNC.
