hi all
been out for long but now i`m back and the forum is at it`s best
i`m doing a dual 99v that looks wonderfull ,but i have a question about the power suplly.
power trans. it`s dual 15v,that i connected in series,which gave me:36v-0v-36v.
how do i connect it to the board?
please gimme some light

where did this transformer come from ?
Can you give a part number that we can look up ?

Does this have a dual primary ?
Your wall power is 230 or 110 volts ?
 
Hi Pedro. Good to see you got your computer back online. Sounds like you are putting 240v into a 120v input on the transformer to be get twice the output volts. As you should only have with both 15vac rails in series one 30v winding which with no load will probably be one 36vac. One 36vac or 36vac -0v - 36vac is to high to use as it will give +/- unreg volts of 50vdc. So don't connect it to the power supply at all.
