I'm interested in trying to do a G1176 with the original "cumulative" style push-button ratio and metering switches. I did some searches to try to find more info on it but can't really find anything solid without have to read every page of a 56 page posting. I remember some people (NRG Recording I think) did some with the push button switches. Two questions:

1. How does this effect the wiring if getting a PCB from Gustav? Is there a solid workaround for them?
2. Is there a source for the switches?

Last question:

Does anyone out there know what input and output transformers we used on the original D and E series 1176 models back in the day?

If you can build an 1176 without reading the entire 56 page thread, you will be the first!! :) (I tried.)

Didn't we used to have a "search only this thread" feature? I could swear we did at one time. It would be perfect for those "All Things..." threads.
