tube chart: one for the tube gurus

I'm compiling a chart for our studio of the different tubes needed in each of our amps. The chart will include tube type, the individual tube function, and perhaps the original tube brand that was found in each of these amps. I've completed most of the chart but I have a few blanks and I was wondering if anyone knew the answers to fill them in.

Ampeg Reverbrocket I:
6BK11: Vibrato?
6U10: Rvb snd?
12ax7 Rvb rtrn?
12ax7: Driver
7868: Pwr

Ampeg VT-40:
12ax7 Ch1 brite pre
12ax7 Ch 2 norm pre

6bk11 tone?

The VT-40 has a 12AX7 for the first two gain stages of each amp, then both go through the 6K11, 6CG7 drives the reverb, half a 12ax7 for the output of the reverb tank, then it all goes through the 12DW7 and into the 12AU7 which is the phase inverter. Not familure with that version of the reverb rocket.
