Yet another new face

Wow, this is a pretty cool place! Thanks to Marik for providing the link. And I've already seen at least one familiar face from TapeOp.

I'm somewhat of a DIY nut - I haven't built my own capsule/ribbon (yet), but I've had a lot of fun with commercial electret capsules and non-mic electronics. You can see my recent exploits at http://www.scotthelmke.com/microphones.html

You gotta stop hanging around characters like Marik, though...
