Information ont hose Haufe transformers he had - whch he said were the most outstanding he had ever heard
One Haufe transformer number was RK283. 600 to 600 ohms, 0;5 +0.5 : 1.
+24dBm at 40 Hz and dist .3% at 40Hz at that level. Sym'y better than 60dB
Winding resistance 12 + 12 and 21 ohms, that is why I used this as an input
transformer to my mic splitter. I then used the RK 284 whuch had 6 + 6 and
13.5 ohms same details almost except +22dBm level.
Of course primaries may be paralleled. The transformrs are a ring core and
very, very wide bandwidth. Allow £50 to £70 each small quantity.
