CJ need your Triad HS52 knowledge.
What is the maximum DC current it can handle. Is it 12.5ma total accross the both primaries - or is it 12.5ma for push and 12.5ma for pull class A(25ma total).
can it be pushed any further? What are the limits??
what happens if it gets 20ma push 20ma pull(class A) - will it simply melt?

It will take 12.5 ma with the pri wired in series, 20,000 ohms, 2 and 3 sttrapped.
It will take 25 ma with 5000 ohm connection, 1-3, 2-4, both specs are for push-pull.
25 ma because the pri wires are in parallel, thus doubling their capacity for current.
It has a Ni core, so do not run dc in a single ended circuit, unless you want a saturated sound, which can be cool.

Triad is a pretty consrvative company, so maybe you could double those figures and still get away with it.
Try to balance the tubes the best you can.
