help with phantom power for my jh416 console

i don't have any phantom power for my mixer. there looks like a space for one to hardwire a power supply to the board to add it, but no way to select which channels would receive it. what do you think would be a workable alternative? maybe an outboard phantom power supply per each condenser mic? if so, which one?

The MCI 428 that I maintain has a separate 3rd party manufactured PSU added for phantom. Don't know if this is helpful or not because I've never had a manual to look at when maintaining it, so I'm not sure if it is catered for in the 3 normal supplies.
 
Shouldn't be a problem to phantom-power all channels simultaneously - our SSL4000 does that. If a mic don't need P48, it'll ignore it.

But then don't patch electronically-balanced line outputs into your mic ins.. Some of the SSM chips, like in TC and such, hates seeing p48.
