Looks like just the thing for an octave-ish band RTA. "Spectrum analyzer" is a bit of a reach :wink:

Might be ment as a read-out helper circuit for a graphic eq.
Filters seems to be switched-capacitor - so frequency change should be easy
Two blocks, one run at ½freq, should give us ½-octave readout.
Would be a great building block if you want to make a Vocoder.. :razz:
