1 stereo in-> 2 stereo out switcher?

Hi,

Can anyone show me how to make this simple monitor switcher/volume controller?

I just need 1 stereo in (XLR) to 2 stereo out (XLR) with a volume knob, a mute button and a output select switch. Of course this has to be transparent and and pristine as possible.

Something like A-Designs ATTY but with extra stereo out with output select toggle switch.



This can't be that hard? I already have the ATTY so I can even use it's components into building this.

Try a search for "big knob or bog nob" here. There are many versions including a hip telephone talkback version.
Parts:
MXLR x4
FXLR x2
dual 10K log taper pot/ knob
4pdt toggle x2 for balanced A/B select and balanced mute
600R resistors x2 for mute loading
