FPD Bronze Medium And Legibility

Hi

I'm working on a front panel and want to use the Schaeffer "Bronze Medium" colour. Do you think that text just engraved without fill colour got enough contrast or better go with a white fill? Thanks!

My next project will also be in "Mittelbronze". I'll go for the white fill in for sure.

In case somebody's interested: I got this FP and it worked nicely without fill.

Unfortunately not--don't have a digital camera and I'm way too busy right now to borrow one.

The colour seen at www.frontpanelexpress.com/material/variety.htm is actually pretty close, though it got a touch too much green on my monitor. I must say that the blank aluminium of the lettering and the knobs fits the colour very well.

Here's an example of med bronze w no infill. Only the red is infill.
