Sony DPS-M7 schematic?

Hi, I am having problems with my M7. The LCD display works and I can scroll through the presets but pretty much everything else it dead (no sound, no metering, the backlight only works for a short instant when the unit is turned off or on).

Does anyone have schematics or maybe an idea of what might be wrong?

Low battery? The battery in these units wears out pretty quickly, and when it does, the unit produces no sound. It's not that you just can't save presets whit a low battery.

I suspected that too and changed the battery but the problems remain.
