Here's a spreadsheet that I made up for calculating the cap values of an EQ that uses gyrators like the one described here: http://www.forsselltech.com/Evolution%20of%20an%20EQ%20Design2.pdf
On the first sheet you can enter the frequency(Fo), Q, and resistance(R) and it will give you the the values of "Cs" and "Ci". All results are in "uF".
On the second sheet you can enter the values of "Cs" (what you can get from stock values), "Ci" (what you can get from stock values), and R and it will give you the actual freq and Q.
