Ahhh...I'm on a PC, so I couldn't open the Osmond files.

Are Osmond files what your board vendor works from?
If they're expecting gerbers, I'll gladly check them over for you. I'll PM you with my address.

I usually send mine here: http://www.4pcb.com/index.htm

They are pretty good about checking for errors and letting me know if information is missing or something isn't right. I would think that most any decent board house will do that nowadays. 4pcb has some pretty good deals under "Specials".

You'll need to generate Gerbers (which Osmond can do, at least the commercial version can). After that I'd suggest sending them to http://www.freedfm.com/ , which provides a free 'sanity check' on the design rules.

Good luck,

JDB.

EDIT: Just noticed that FreeDFM is linked from 4PCB, to which Flatpicker already linked. Time for bed, I suppose...

Sorry that this trick did not work for you...
It seems only work on osx >= 10.3 if I refer to :

Also known as Advanced Circuits and Barebones PCB. Don't know why they have so many names. :?

And all of them are closed currently due to blizzard conditions.
