Kev would be the guy to answer this (where are you, Kev?) Otherwise maybe Thomas Barefoot at www.barefootsound.com could chime in (is he here yet?) There's a link to a studio design forum from Thomas' site that has a speaker related forum.

John Sayer's forum:

Barefoot has his own speaker design forum there. That where I found out that speaker building may not be for me.

I think it was Scott Dorsey that published plans in a Recording magazine. Look here for some info.

I think they were 12" with coaxial HF and x-over built in.

"Yes, they were in the November, 1999 issue of Recording"

I have wanted to build these but lost my issue. Back issues can be purchased but I just haven't done it yet.

I'm here
Thomas is floating around here somewhere.
He probably has a little more time to take this on.
I'm a little distracted with a three way Union war at the moment.
The evaporation of TT is handy as I can concentrate on my Union Business.
Group DIY is disappointing as the builders arrive on Wednesday morning to begin building the new physical home of what was Group DIY. I gave the deposit cheque on Tuesday last ...
Tuesday was a highlight as Eddie C came to visit us and I was feeling on top of my game.
... if only I had know what was due Thursday

It's all good.
