Hi there.
On the topic of the 990, how exact is the 62 pf figure on C2 ?

Would 68pf be close enough, or does it affect stability somehow?

C2 is involved in open-loop response compensation. Phase margin, stability, etc. Stick with 62pF.

Oh, and shouldn't a 50V rating be fine for all the caps?
Generally, yes, although you should consider the effects of high temperatures on them. Some capacitors need to be derated to lower maximum voltages at higher temperatures. But the COG/NP0 capacitors (for the 62 pF, 91 pF and 150 pF capacitors) can handle high temperatures without derating. The 0.1 uF capacitors for supply bypassing will always see 24V maximum, so even with derating, a 50V part should be fine. I use the X7R type there.
