didn't think the manual would have had this much in terms of schemos and such in it... makes me wonder about the 75K price tag other then it's to make it look cool.

Well, it is loaded with custom op-amps, expensive switches and other costly parts. I'm sure manufacturing volume for such a product is very low. Anyway, don't judge its value simply by the complexity of the circuits. (However I do agree that 75K is a lot of dough!).

Here in Oklahoma, you can buy a small house outside of city limits...

For 75k, you'd think there would be some more meaningful measurements from the AP (and frequency response below 20Hz...)

And really not such a revelation as to the schematic. Don't get me wrong, I'm not downing it, but any monitor controller is really a box full of buffers and relays and meters... The multichannel thing makes it complex but not really complicated. maybe I have my words reversed there...
