Hi Kris
I will use two transformers like on Jakobs schematics. One 220V to 12V and one in wrong way 12V to 220V. It means that 300mA plus some curent is enought for both. What enought?.

You will have to experiment with the ´transformers, as transformers behave differently.

If you use two 220:12V/500mA transformers, it should work.

another newbie question:

i have my work on the gyraf pultec almost done, except the transformer and the 2x2 switch... and here is my question:

can i use a 2pole 6position (lorlin) switch instead of the 2x2?

Yes
Every Lorlin you can stoped to have only two position
