Quad Pan to stereo Pan

I´m thinking of exchanging my quad pan pots to stereo pots on my console
Some pots is getting noisy and I´m not needing the quad option
The circuit now is the simpliest way to do it
but is also very depending on that the pot is 100%

I´m thinking of using the dual pot solution.
Don´t sure of the value of both the pot and resisor.

So I´m looking for some good advice for what to use instead.

But I´m not very good at this impedance things e.t.c..

So does any have some idea on which values on the pot and resistors to use to implant that circiut at that QE console.
