Does anyone know where to get the replacement 40/40/30/30 450V can cap for an LA2A? I need to replace one on an original unit, I'd rather not try to fit individual caps inside. I ordered a CE replacement can from tubesandmore.com, but ordered a 30/30/30/10 by accident and found out they don't have the right one. Closest I can get is 40/40/20/20 at 525V or 40/40/40/40 at 350V.

I was going to call up kulka's studio electronics tomorrow. Can they be ordered anywhere else?

If you don't care about antique rersale vsalue, convert it over to regular caps, if you can find the space.

The only ones I would buy would be new reissues.
You will find NOS, but they may be hit and miss if they are from the 60's.
You can go over voltage, 525 is safer, and the new caps tale up less space, so hum will not be an issue.
that thing is over filtered in ther first place.
the guy probably pulled an old tv set cap to proto that comp in a glovebox.
