look for "Extraction Tool for EDAC/ELCO Pins"

Not a cheap tool, but necessary for this sort of operation. Works with both F- and M-connectors (as these contain the same pins)

I found a household pin with the head cut off was just the right size when shoved into the receptacle between the wall & the "barb". Once in, pull gently on the wire soldered to the pin to get it out.

The guys I was working for were too cheap to buy an extractor....
 
I've used those extractors - you can probably get the pins out with a decent pair of tweezers shoved up there. The extractor is basically a tweezer with a blue handle and a punch mechanism.
