Tube testing jig 6DJ8 ECC88

So I've come across this batch of 6DJ8 / ECC88 that I want to test and match up. I've no tube tester but was thinking that I would build one of the 1 bottle preamps and use that both to measure a few parameters and to test for microphonics, noise and general sweetness of sound.

Its been ages since I did anything with tubes and have forgotten most everything. I learned electronics building things with a Deforrest electronics kit. Hundreds of components on fiber boards ther you wired together using (sp) fankenstoff clips. FM transmitters, phase modulation transmitters and lesser things. It was a lot of fun.

Any way, What is important to measure on this tube? Transcouductance of course, voltage gain and??
