Hi all,

I've got an old AKG LSM50 (the one that was based on the even older "Auratone") speaker on my bench, requiring a replacement driver.

Unfortunately, like the original, it's now obsolete and Harman/AKG can't supply a new driver.

The driver is actually a Goodmans 0M029, but Goodmans Spares have no record on their systems of ever having made the driver.

Does anyone have any idea where I'd be able to get any similar sounding, same-size driver that I could put in this enclosure instead?

(Or even better, does anyone know where I might still be able to buy a spare AKG/Goodmans cone or even an Auratone one?)

Thanks in advance,

Phil

Maybe check this out? I don't know if they'll fit your need or not, but they're in the same category...
