Hello guys, probably my doubt is not much complicated but I´m not very clear about how to do it.
I´m building the Supergreen, what has a switch for changing the input Z. This is the schem: http://www.akustische-kunst.org/audio/supergreen/supergreen_schematic.pdf

I´m not sure if this switch is for using diferent type of mics, or if it´s for a high Z instrument input.
The question is that I want to put that instrument input. I have seen some XLR combi conectors what have both XLR and jack; http://es.farnell.com/jsp/level5/module.jsp?moduleId=en/224186.xml
There are switched and unswitched models. I´m not sure if they will fit on the Pcb.
In the other hand, could use a normal XLR, and a separated jack. I like this option better for not have to be unpluging one cable to plug the other each time, but what I´m not sure is how to combine both conectors to vary the input Z, and also cut the XLR signal when plug the jack.
Any help?

I suppose must the same. I refer to the instrument input to plug directly a guitar ,or a bass.
Sure that the Go-between would work. But I guess if is needed a new circuit with new opamps etc, I thought it would be more easy... Can´t be used the same input as the XLR and changing the resistor value the determines the Z for the mic?
