V357 Datasheet (german language)
the V357 is an "Hi-Fi" matching module, unbalanced Hi-Z in to transformer balanced output. you could use it as a line level DI box.

there are more schematics, but with no index or site.
look in the schematics meta, Samuel Groner has done a great job doing an index of the schematics I've provided to the lab.
