Older data book sometimes would have a picture of the process number die used for the different transistor numbers.
Current and/or past fets, bjts part numbers using the same process number
Do they use the same mask?
Are the same p number finished dies sorted for parameters and/or different cases and pinouts and then given the part number?
Do different companies that make the same part numbers use the same mask and processing for things like small signal fets?
I don't want to post why I am asking. I thought I might ask here first before trying to contact the companies
