Hi... I have built a stereo Pultec in Gyraf style... I just put it on and measured the voltages. I measured 295V (DC) for the place where 250V is written in the circuit (I think its for the anode). Is this too much? Do I have to change the value of the 2W resistor? If yes, to which value?

thanx Jonas

yes, the voltage will depend on the exact type of power transformers used. Increase value of the power resistor between the two reservoir caps to drop voltage to 230-250V DC at the upper tube's anode. In your case I guess maybe 15K or 22K will do the trick.

Too high voltage is not good for the ECC88/6DJ8 tube.

Thanks... I Did like that and got 250V exactly. Sounds amazing this Unit :)
Now I´m gonna do a G9... best regards....
