Obsolete Semiconductors

I need to get ahold of some ICs that I can't seem to find anywhere. Nor can I find any data on them. They couldn't have been out of production for that long, the schematic is only 5 or 6 years old...

Does anyone have a cross reference match or data for 4570c and uPA75V?

Don't know about the second one, but the first is probably the uPC4570C, which looks to be roughly like an LM833:
