Roger is right, registration between the L bracket and the front panel
is the hardest part of the design.

The way I seem to find easest for me is to bend the bracket first.

Layout the front panel part of the bracket and drill it.

Make SHURE all fits well then measure it every which way
as many times as it takes when making the FPE file to get it right!
(measure 5 times cut once :twisted: ) My 500 series FPE front panels have been around $45 each...
