Unbalanced-balanced output adapter?

That is awesome Roger thanks again. It's exactly what my customer wants, something simple but with a xformer output. My knowlege of SS devices is about zero so I was wondering what the bridge on the output is doing? It's connected to the +/- 15 V. PS along with the power input pins of the That chip? Also, is the electrolytic and .1 bypass cap on the input specific to your app or should it be used for generic inputs like synths, -10 tape decks etc?

I think I'll build him a few channels with an Edcore and a UTC A-21 and I think I have a Jensen 600:600 around here someplace, and see which one he likes.
