This transistor is from a 1970 Yamaha Pm1000 channel strip.
The original transistor is working and I just want to replace with a newer low noise transistor. I am not sure which specs are most important to match other than the Vceo, Vcbo.
This is a PNP type transistor so should the values be negative example Vceo = - 50vdc etc?

Absolute Max. Power Diss. (W)=300m
