writting a fix sheet now ,
and will post in a few hours .

have this unit here with the sowter power transformer
running with a lower noise floor than the re-issue/vintage unit

with
 
zero hum .

gosh , i dont think ill discontinue the ver 2 after all .

Greg, how is the V72 output stage version coming?  That one seems so dang unique and interesting.  You were thinking of options for it... mic input?  Fascinating.

Imagine a wet, slightly chilled from its gas release and decompression, with water droplets condensing, sucking surface tension, slowly sliding down the side, capped by a healthy virgin froth on top..

hi there,  still designing the fix sheet , should have her up
on monday  or so , i know a few people were having problems.
just wanted to re-assure there is solutions.

the la2a/v72 hybrid AC version  is getting printed now.

i decided just to go ahead and do a solid v72 pre board .


honestly it was the gain switch delaying the whole thing .
and the OCD prevented me from moving forward..lol

but it dawned on me when i went to a recording studio ,
most v72's just used a pot on the input or out put section.

should have her done in a few weeks.

Good, looking forward to the V72 version.

You said you decided to make a solid pre board?  What does that mean?  You mean mic pre?  Or a separate board for the LA2?
