Question for cubase users

Can I have two different time signatures at the same time? I have two parts playing simultaneously- one in 3/4 and one in 12/8. For scoring purposes, I'l like to have the time signiture different for each track. Any ideas? As it is now, I have it all synced to the 16th note, and it works and plays fine, mainly, I just don't want to have to change the master time signature and reprint the score every time.
