Im sure this has been addressed hundreds of times, but looking through the archives its hard to get a definitive answer. Whats a good replacement option for the Sifam PPM 14? It doesnt have to be fancy, just fairly accurate.

The Sifam meter is ridiculously expensive.
There are plenty of 1mA meters around, but getting one with an appropriate scale is a different matter.
I can recommend the Ptownkid meter.
It has the correct scale, it has illumination and it's reasonably priced.
I believe he is expecting a new batch in a week or so.

I need new glasses...

I misread the above quote in the 'obvious' way, and I suddenly had a completely different mental image of Ptownkid...

WOW - That's cheap !!
I just got some 1mA meters from Ebay seller lumen-tech which are the Sifam
Director 24A, they are larger than a 1U case would take, but a quote from a
UK supplier for them was £74 each ..... these were $8.50 each !!!! ( £5 )
