Your card is a shorter version than mine.

Same as the MM100 schematic that's floating around. Just the front end pre section; not the later two amps or routing. And none of the pad/gain switching built in.

here's what I got:

A-1 +28 VDC
B-2 -28 VDC
C-3 GROUND
D-4 out / gain resistor to ground
E-5 nc / nc
F-6 input transformer windings, see Cinemag winding data online
H-7 input transformer windings
J-8 input transformer windings
K-9 GROUND
L-10 GROUND
M-11 input transformer windings
N-12 input transformer windings
P-13 input transformer windings
R-14 nc / nc
S-15 out / gain resistor to ground
