That's a different link and set of papers PRR.

Ian's site does also have the 2006 paper but it is not available from the cited link. See the original post for the link to the 2006 AES paper, not the 1984 one and its notes. I'm sure Ian will add the link soon though.

There's also some Cohen/Philips OM1556 hybrid photos on both sites.
