hoping people with real v72s /any make / diy too
could post some frequency response plots./noise level plots

i didnt want to drop the v72 pcb on the public
if it didnt match up .

Would that need some specification of source and load impedances? I'm no transformer expert, but I believe this might influence the measurement?
What I remember from my unscientific quick tests was that it's just damned flat til beyond 20kHz (maybe a slight rise of half a dB towards the very top, depending on the filter c) and then breaks up slowly somewhere at 25 kHz roughly. Without the locut it goes very deep, don't remember how low - just that I was surprised. Maybe even below 20 Hz...

ahhh , could be true , i dunno ,

but for the most part , even with soundcard to v72 back to sound card .,

it still give me some refrence .

im seeing the high end differently on 4 versions of the v72 .
