Has any body got info on this xformer , impedance ,ratio .I have google this transformer for days and have nt found any the info i need .Can one ov you gurus help me out ere.

yeah a step in the right direction , but what i really want is info on the altec 16402 outpu


no trying to build comp/limiter looking at all the connective parts

If I understand it right, the Sowter one was created based on the original specs, so the impedence ratios will be exactly the same.

ok so what ia really trying to understand is this ratio  and impedance thing and how they correspond to each other .

The impedance ratio is the square of the turns ratio.


i.e if the turns ration was 1:4 the the impedance ratio would be 1*1:4*4

i.e 1:16
