Dave, I had a knish when I was in New York a few weeks back purely because I remember you mentioning them. And I didn't have the faintest clue what it actually was when I asked for one in a sit-in deli. Anyway, just thought I'd share that rather uninteresting reminiscence. Oh, and they tasted nice.

you know I havent been into the recipies here before, but the tea thread has interested me. In exact PPro fashion, both sides, the "f@#$ing -hell" boiling water and the "for god's sake!" almost boiling water sides, have presented scientific and factual info and by golly, Ive got to try both!
